This event is being run by an entirely volunteer team on a shoestring budget. As you can imagine there are very real costs associated with running an event of this type, from website hosting to ensuring we have first aid attendants on site.
Any support, whether $5 or $500 or anything in between will go a long way to making this event the massive success it can be. Please be in touch with us if you can help or use our paypal account that accepts donations via credit card, debit and paypal account.
NOTE: The name of the account is Oxfam Guelph as they are our fiscal sponsor (they manage our money) so please don’t be concerned/confused. They are very good friends and are doing us a great service. They take no fees or charge us anything for their help – we love them very much for it.

Posters = $14 per 50 posters
Postcards = $25 per 50 cards
St. John’s Ambulance = $600
Sound system = $2800
Volunteer t-shirts = $500
Programming budget = $ 2000
IT support = $300
Staff honoraria = $500 x 10
Staff expenses reimbursement = $1000
